1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing NIU IT Experts or requesting services from NIU IT EXPERTS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

NIU IT Experts provides professional IT services including website development, website recovery, SEO, security hardening, attack recovery, hosting migration, maintenance, and related digital consulting. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in project proposals or service descriptions on our website.

3. Quotes and Orders

Prices displayed on our website are starting estimates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Final pricing may vary based on project complexity. Submitting a quote request or checkout form constitutes an inquiry, not a binding contract, until we confirm scope and payment terms in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information, timely access to hosting accounts, CMS admin credentials, DNS panels, and content required for delivery. Delays caused by missing access or approvals may extend timelines without liability on our part.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an advance deposit before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon milestone completion or before final delivery. We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other methods as communicated by our team. Late payments may pause active work.

6. Revisions and Scope Changes

Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes outside the original agreement may incur extra fees quoted before work proceeds.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project (designs, custom code). We retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and internal processes. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

8. Third-Party Software and Licenses

Many projects use third-party themes, plugins, fonts, or APIs governed by their own licenses. You are responsible for ongoing subscription or license fees for third-party products we recommend or install on your behalf.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided professionally and in good faith. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, uptime of third-party hosts, or complete prevention of future security incidents. Websites recovered from severe compromise may require ongoing monitoring.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIU IT EXPERTS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NIU IT EXPERTS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED against claims arising from content you supply, unlawful use of deliverables, or misuse of credentials we provide during handover.

12. Confidentiality

We treat client credentials, business data, and project details as confidential and use them solely to deliver agreed services. You should rotate passwords after project completion.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed to date remain payable. Deposits for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion minus administrative costs.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
